Acne Question? (Cystic Acne)

Does anyone know of any Acne treatments that seriously work for them or know someone with Cystic Acne and can help with any advice on products? 
I'm 25 years old with Cystic Acne, Blackheads, Oily skin that is also sensitive. They usually accumulate on my chin and jaw line. Occasionally I'll get them on various parts of my body as well. I have tried multiple treatments and face wash. Once going to a Dermatologist who only recommended me an antibiotic that I'm only allowed to use for 3 months at most and a Benzoyl Peroxide that horribly burnt my skin for a week after one use. I have been using Murad for about a year now and still have really bad break outs. I do like that Murad clears up blackheads but I'm looking for somthing that can go beyond the surface of my skin to really get deep down to the Cystic acne part. My skin isn't sensitive to Salicylic acid thank goodness 😅.

Hey so I went to a dermatologist for my acne and she told me to wash my face with panoxy 10% normally I never thought Benzyl peroxide￼ ever worked on my skin with spot treatments, but this face wash works for me!! I also use tea tree oil and use acne patches when I do feel a cyst coming on, another great way to not have that pesky cyst for a week is when you feel it come on keep on doing warm compresses so it comes up to the surface faster
