BACK ROUND INFO! So I have an IUD and my boyfriend finishes in me sometimes. I don’t get a period with the IUD also. So i have no clue when anything could’ve happened. Maybe my IUD failed idk. I’ve also started taking Adderall daily, I’m prescribed, and don’t eat much, also probably dehydrated, and don’t sleep much

So about 5 day’s ago, I was having white, chunky discharge, as well as some bleeding. I also found like chunks of white in my urine. Also had burning during sex and little itchiness. Idk if it was a yeast infection but I think it’s ok now(I’ve taken vitamins) My discharge is still white. Also I’ve been having constipation and have been really gassy, but idk of it from my meds. I also had sore boobs for a few days but they are not sore anymore. My nipples are just a little sore. Ive also sometimes felt like twitches in my uterus. I read that these symptoms are sometimes from pregnancy. I also think that maybe these symptoms are from my meds. Sorry for the TMI, I’m just nervous. I’m 19 and i don’t want a baby. But I took 2 pregnancy tests, idk if the first one is positive, maybe I’m just nervous. Maybe think maybe evap lines. Maybe I’m seeing things idk :( I also took a second on which was a clear negative. Please help What do you guys think? They are also dollar store tests
