Building my butt
Okay so I need some help. My butt is super flat and after having 3 babies my hip dips are very prominent. I’m super insecure about it. What’s the best way to reshape it and make it bigger? I’m already doing an at home hiit program which I’m seeing a small difference. I really want to work on building my gluteus. How many squats a day should I do and how much weight should I be squatting ?
