A couple nights ago I was having sex with my SO and i felt him him my cervix a bit and I can’t feel my IUD strings.

This is the 3rd IUD I’ve had and I was never able to feel my strings before but I had a medication abortion 4 weeks ago (I got pregnant on the pill not with an IUD)

And have been using tampons as soon as I was able too.

Would I have known if my IUD fell out? I heard woman normally have cramping and bleeding if an IUD falls out but Ive has cramping and bleeding off and on since my abortion so it’s hard to tell.

My OB told me while I got the IUD inserted that it’s normal for the strings to wrap about my cervix??
