Third trimester?

I’m sure this has been answered a couple of times but when does the third trimester start? Lol I’m a FTM and some apps say 27 and some say 28 so I was just curious when it officially started lol

My doctor said 27 weeks.

It appears to be based on where you’re located. However, youre definitely in the last third of your pregnancy! I consider it 27 weeks, even though most information from the US say 28 weeks. This is my mathematical justification 40/3= 13.3333x 2= 26.6666 lol

I've seen the US say 28 weeks and every other country says 27. You could say you are at 27, but officially 28 lol.
