Is it normal to still cramp and bleed at 2 weeks post partum?

I am 2 weeks post partum and I’m still bleeding quiet heavily. Blood clots still come out, although they’re small. I’m also still cramping.

Last night I stood up with our shorts or underwear on (getting out of sitz bath) and blood just poured out of my legs on the floor. It wasn’t a lot but it was like pee almost. Since then ive had a sharp stabbing pain, that’s not like a menstrual cramp which is what I’ve felt so far.

I wonder if everything okay down there? My OBGYN is out until Monday and office is closed
