No symptoms with BFP

Anyone never get any symptoms but still get a BFP eventually? I'm 11 dpo and of course still getting negatives right now probably cause it's too early. With my first I never had any symptoms either but i cant help but think it's just cause it's not my month ugh. Anyone else never have symptoms?
