Cm and cramps 8/9 dpo

I’m 8 or 9 dpo, today as well as yesterday I’ve had random cramps and back pain. It’s been really noticeable today to the point I’ve have to sit down but when I sit or lay down it moves to my leg. Pretty much where my right leg connects to my pelvic so I’d say joined pain. I also just checked my cervix and I’ve been pretty dry the past few days but now I just notice a scant amount of cm super think but does dry when I rub fingers together. What do you think??
