boobs feel heavy and sore

hi! i wasn’t sure which group this belonged in, but hopefully i can find some help.

this morning when i woke up my boobs felt so heavy, and i noticed they feel sore. what could be causing this?

period should start in about a week..

if pregnancy what do “sore” boobs normally feel like for it?
