(TCM) Traditional Chinese Medicine for Fertility
Anyone here tried taking TCM to boost your fertility?
The chinese sinseh told me to avoid exercise and carrying heavy things during the two week wait.
This is contrary to what western doctors encourage tho.. i rmb asking my gynae if it was fine to exercise she said yes..
