Yeah, they need to dress conservatively. They’re there to teach, not impress. The students shouldn’t dress all that crazy either. I’m all for kids wearing uniforms to school.

Honestly it always felt really hard for me to focus when I had a teacher who dressed with her boobs out and literal stilettos and skin tight pants lol

Yes - but when I was in school the only things off limits was shorts/skirts/dresses shorter than the tip of your middle finger when you bring your arms to your thighs, spaghetti strap tank tops, and anything drug related, had sexual imagery, or swear words on it. 
Leggings weren’t worn as pants (at my school anyway) 10 years ago, crop tops weren’t a thing, & neither was sheer t-shirts/blouses. Those are all things that are really common now. And I’m sure my school has had to make adjustments to the preexisting dress code in recent years due to the increasingly revealing trends of women’s clothing. 
With that being said - I don’t remember any of my female teachers, even the young teachers, dressing provocatively. Maybe a little more cleavage than necessary to lecture kids all day - but nothing jaw dropping or distracting. They were very professional. As they should be. I think a female teachers that dresses like a hoochie, is someone who doesn’t really take their job seriously because if you wanna teach a classroom full of kids, which includes boys, you want them actually paying attention to your lesson & learning from you, not staring at your chest and eyeball fucking you everyday. Just my opinion 🤷🏼‍♀️
