So I’m starting all of my fertility testing this month and am excited to get started. I am having a baseline ultrasound and blood work done in day three.

I am having a hard time deciding on what day one of full flow if because I never really thought about it.

Yesterday I had spotting and today it’s more than spotting but I guess not quite a light flow this is where I am confused. It’s not reaching a pant liner yet but I do go to the restroom a lot. However the blood does cover a good potion of the TP when I go. Would this be considered the start of full flow or not?

I’m so sorry for the dumb questions. I am so new to this. Thank you for your help!
