Silly question - BBT
Sorry if this sounds silly I’m new to measuring BBT! I’ve read that it should be taken under the tongue as soon as you wake up in the morning - is this right?!
How do you go about measuring yours?
How do you know once ovulation has occurred?
Any tips much appreciated! 😊
