any tips on helping this pain? I’m 36.5 weeks and it’s become unbearable. I can’t walk around for more than 5-10 mins without crying or feeling like my pelvis is gonna rip in half. And I think my daughter dropped today so it’s really agonizing now. 🙁 I’ve also been having a lot of contractions, but they are all hours apart and irregular. Is labor coming?

Everyone says I need to walk more not understanding that this pain is so debilitating I can’t walk! And that concerns me my weight gain will go up being on bed rest
