Hot tubs
Hi ladies, what’s your opinion on hot tub use during pregnancy?
As this is my first pregnancy i was unaware of not being able to use the hot tub till i was in it, i sat out and just kept my feet in, but later i ended up getting cramps, nothing too severe but they were still there, should i be worried?
