Is it normal to cramp constantly after having sex?
My fiancé and I had sex about an hour ago, and I’ve been cramping in my waist/back ever since. Nothing horrible, more or less like period cramps. I googled it and everything I read said it was normal after an orgasm, but I didn’t have an orgasm, the whole sex process only even lasted about 5 minutes. Should I be concerned?
