Kinda tmi! Please answer freaking out!

Is this a symptom of breast cancer? I’m obviously going to go to the doctor regardless, but it’s Sunday so I can’t today. I noticed a spot on my aerola that has two black dots, and there’s a red area around it. I took a picture, but I literally marked everything off that isn’t necessary for you to see.
