Best pregnancy pillow ?

Looking into getting either an orthopedic knee pillow to help with back pain , or a full body pillow . Anyone have any recommendations ?

I tried both...and C shaped full body one gives me best comfort and rest during the night!

I find rolling up comforters and tucking them between my knees, ankles, and thighs works better than a pregnancy pillow or a body pillow does
