Old wives tales for inducing labor?!

While I know most are not proven, does anyone have fun wives tales for kicking labor into gear?!

Literally absolutely nothing worked for me! I tried squats, sex, clitorus & nipple stimualtion, spicy foods, walking miles & miles, & getting in a hot tub. I did everything but eat pineapple but that’s only cause I won’t eat pineapple to save my life🙅🏼‍♀️ bub ended up having to be induced

Sex with him finishing in you. I had contractions every time we did that and finally 39 and 1 it worked had my daughter about 11hrs later😁

Clitoral stimulation no joke unless your dr says no it will help with the body’s natural contractions :) friend told me she had a little vibrator during delivery and used that to help with the contractions

I used Sage Oil.. I put some I’m my lotion& body wash. I took a bath that evening put the water as warm as I could get it put some drops (I don’t remember how many)￼ in the water and soaked in it for awhile then wash my body got out put the lotion all over rubbed my belly an back really good an later early that next morning I went into labor about 3am,, I think it helped nothing else would 🤷🏻‍♀️￼

We had sex late at night and my water broke a few hours later. I was 39+5 days pregnant. Definitely worked for me.
