I'm 35wks and have woken up the past 2 days with my hands and feet very swollen. I can barely close my hands and my feet feel tight. My arms and top of hands also have been itching 😩 but only towards bed time. I do have gestational diabetes that's been hard to control even with diet,insulin, and metformin. Calling my Obgyn tomorrow, I know some swelling is normal but what considered NOT normal?
