Supply drop during period

Asia • 2013 I had a son and put him up for an open adoption, my husband and I just had our first together on Halloween..

Anyone else’s supply drop drastically during your period but you still feel full after pumping.... ??

Idk what’s going on I usually can get a few ounces each time I pump and right now I’m lucky if i get 1. But my boobs still feel full but nothing is coming out.
