Basal temperature

Stazia

So when I take my temperature at 630 each morning its always between 96-97.50. However I can take my temperature before I go to bed as well and my temp is only like 97.05(tonight) how would I be able to tell when I'm ovulating other than also taking ovulation tests(which I'm doing) I've never actually tracked my cycles until now. I have two babies and an angel baby and they weren't planned at all.

You're saying that your temp always stays the same during your entire cycle?

Glow made a post about tracking bbt vaginally instead of orally if your chart isn't making much sense. You're not supposed to switch mid cycle so I think I'm gonna try it my next cycle. Just an idea!

The highest it's been since I've started doing this has been 97.70 and that was when I first started. It doesn't get much higher than 97.50

If you don’t see a temp rise on your charts you’re not ovulatingMake sure you’re temping at the same time every morning after at least 3 hours of solid sleep. Try not to move before temping, no drinking, no talkingPm temps don’t matter

Only thing I do is reach over and grab my thermometer from my night stand. The highest my temp has been was 97.70 and that was when I first started otherwise I don't get much higher above 97.50. I've been using ovulation test strips as well
