Menstrual Disc/cup
Has anyone tried these? If so how well did they work? Or if they didn’t, how was your experience? I’m trying these for the first time and I’m curious, concerned, and scared. I got these because my cramps are debilitating when I get them during my period. My period only ever lasts 4 days and I get cramps when I’m about to start and then during the middle two days. So I want advice and experiences if at all possible please??!!!!
