Advice please..tmi

Hi I'm very confused as af was due friday 19th.. well I had brownish discharge for 2 days from thursday to Saturday..it wasn't like running out just when I wiped.. yesterday I had tingling nipples.. but I tested myself with clear blue on Wednesday. Result was Negitive.

Could it maybe wishful thinking I've concived later or ovulated later??
