Feel like I've been hit by a truck ðŸ˜
I'm a FTM so I have no idea if this is normal. I've luckily been feeling great for MONTHS now, aside from some insomnia and reflux here and there. I'm 32 weeks today and was just diagnosed with GD which has completely changed my diet and eating schedule, and has my anxiety through the roof. The past week, I've started feeling AWFUL. Terrible backaches with shooting pains down into my butt and legs, heart palps, reflux that has me on the verge of vomiting, tightness across my chest and upper back, can't get comfortable in ANY position, sitting or laying down. Is this normal for 32 weeks? My blood pressure is still good, I drink at least a gallon of water a day, and I'm getting as much exercise as I can walking the dog every day. Baby girl is still moving around like crazy. It just came on all of a sudden that I'm literally ALWAYS uncomfortable and miserable. It really started with the GD diagnosis so maybe it's just my anxiety flaring up?
