In my 2WW - anyone else?

Question

As of today I’m 4 DPO — anxiously waiting to test.... this is our first attempt TCC since getting my IUD removed just 4 DBO so this will be interesting how it plays out. Did BD the day before removing IUD, during the surge and again 2 days after surge. My mom and sister are also anxiously waiting lol
*update* 7 DPO... kind of feeling implantation symptoms and really wanna test. Idk but my intuition keeps leaning towards a BFP

I Had IUD removed June 3, but admittedly am unsure if I ovulated as expected. I didn’t do two OPK tests a day as recommended, but had a couple days of ovulation bleeding last week when I first saw my “high” on my CB advanced OPK. 
I had the IUD for 7 years (two x mirena), first time TTC. History of ovarian cysts (not PCOS) and I’m 31. I’m trying really hard not to jump to the “what if I just don’t ovulate” mode, but sheesh. It’s tough!

I am in TWW wait as well but do not plan to test because I rather wait it out.
