Soy milk instead of Whole milk?

Is anyone else doing soy milk instead of whole milk? Is it a good alternative? I plan to ask Thursday at her 1 year appointment but just wanted to know if it's okay to give to her for now.

Check out Feeding Littles Insta. Soy, ripple and oat milk are great alternatives. I think they aren’t as high in fat tho so you’ll need to make substitutions for that.

Our pediatrician told us soy milk is a good alternative to cow milk. Everything else (almond milk, cashew milk etc are lacking some nutrients)
