Is it normal to have a lump on your libia majora?

Okay so, I dont if it's normal or not but like, I think it from how tight my underwear would get from sitting, I donf know but its still there, and I now have underwear that isnt so tight, maybe I have to take soap to it our something, I dont usually use soap down there, I'd only use water. But I don't know if that's normal or not and I'm just worried.
