My parents found a pregnancy test !!

My parents found a pregnancy test in my room and they found out I was having sex , yes I do take my precautions but since it was my first time I was paranoid so I took the test, they haven’t talked to me in a week they are completely disowning me I’m 18 and I honestly don’t know what to do . I’ve tried to apologize or talk to them and they just walk away they are now not letting me hang out with my boyfriend.
