Help please. I’m 23 weeks 4 days today and just yesterday my ankles started swelling and this is tonight. Should I be worried?? I didn’t do this at all with my first daughter.

Mine are even more swollen that that, im swollen up to my knees and my hands and wrists are swollen toooo. The doctor told me to drink alot of water and elevate. I also have to monitor my blood pressure. It hasnt been high at alll yet, its been averaging 115/70 but as an athlete my blood pressure is usually lower than that, but even with it being high for me doctor told me not to worry unless it goes above 140/90 ao if you have a blood pressure machine you can checkk
