SLEEP REGRESSION HELP!!!

Hi everyone,

My little one is 17 months in a couple days and she was an okay sleeper up until about 3 weeks ago. Shes fighting naps and sometimes not even sleeping at all during the day, and night time is a nightmare. She screams, plays, smacks, literally anything to not go to sleep. And once she does manage to go to sleep she cries every time she wakes and just keeps crying while I cuddle her (we cosleep). She eventually falls asleep but wakes like every hour and cries till she falls asleep in my arms. It's like she has completely changed and now hates sleep.

Putting her in her own bed isn't an option since she will not go to sleep on her own at all and I don't believe in sleep training.

Did anyone else go through this? Is this a sleep regression? She hasn't gone through any other sleep regression so this is all new to me.
