plan b? very stressed

Okay, so I’ve been on birth control for 7 months now and I’ve never missed a pill. I always take it from 9-9:45 at night too. I had sex a week ago where he came in me 4 times, followed by light spotting which I don’t think could be implantation bleeding because it was only 2 days after. I did just switch to a higher dose pill a few weeks ago and my bf even mentioned that my boobs look bigger which maybe because I switched pills, or am I pregnant. My lower back has been super sore, but only after a 12 hours car ride the other day. I had sex yesterday and he came in me 3 times. I’m just so paranoid I’m going to end up pregnant or already am pregnant...should I run to the store and get plan b under the assumption I’m not pregnant already?
