Got my serge on the 16th and woke up to some pretty intense cramps on the 18th that never went away. Is it likely I actually ovulated on the 18th?

You can have ovulation pain before, during and after actual ovulation. You need to use opks and temp to confirm ovulation day. Ovulation should occur 12-48 hours after your first surge.

Cramps are always my sign that I ovulated! Sometimes it can happen a day earlier or later than it usually does. Technically you have as good a chance as any since you had sex 2 days before ovulation, but both times I conceived we had sex the day before. The cycles we only had sex 2 days before, we didn’t get pregnant. Everyone’s different! Good luck!
