Okay so this is embarrassing but here we go. I have ibs with constipation but lately I've had no issues at all going to the bathroom, no anal, no straining, etc. This morning a decent sized external hemorrhoid showed up. This thing hurts. All day it's been getting bigger to the point I cant even see my butthole (I know TMI). The whole bottom of my butt cheek hurts into my hip, like a deep pain, I've been using cream on it all day. It doesnt itch just hurts. What else can I do? Nowhere near me sells witchhazel. Also at what point do you go to the dr for treatment? My dr is an hour away so I'm not trying to rush in
