How to make it Progress??

Okay I am 39.2, 5cm, lost all my mucus plug today (all at once) contractions are super random still. How can I just make labor pick up and come? I’ve tried it all but please send suggestions I can’t it’s been so slow!

Ask your OB or midwife for a sweep. I was 5cm/70effaced, and a sweep at my 39 week appointment had me deliver the next morning.

Walking, stairs, stretching/yoga, bouncing on an exercise ball. And then, relax. All that can get baby to engage more to trigger labor; relaxing will produce oxytocin which is also needed for labor. But hey, 5cm is halfway there and your labor has been easy so far so at least there's that!
