First reproductive endocrinologist visit

Today I went in to my first Rei appointment. They went over history of my cycles my pcos and my partners history. We also did a transvaginal ultrasound. Doctor was able to see a corpus luteum cyst (indicating ovulation ) and also she stated I had 12 follicles . She says my uterine lining is thick which is a good sign for fertility and I ovulated on my left side.

Things are looking good . We go back in for his semen analysis and my biopsy .

Doctor did recommend me losing 10 lbs before we start femera .
