Twins ??

Question

I’m 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I got a blood test done and my hcg levels were 64,940, I also have 4 sets of twins in my family 😩 so it makes my case far more likely. But is there anyone who had levels this high with a single baby ?

With my first son my HCG was almost 30,000 right at 5 weeks. My HCG at about 4 weeks with my twins was only about 900. 🤷‍♀️ But it is weird because I "just felt" like I was having twins this time and I turned out to be right. No nausea, just showing super early and had dizzy spells a lot.
