(Cross posting - I'm desperate)

Has anyone here conceived naturally at 43 without the use of

<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, invitro, etc? Is there anything you did that you think helped? (Currently using preseed, soft cups, and just added a Male fertility supplement. Thinking about adding Guifenisen, as well. My fertility testing came back all good. I did conceive naturally at 34 for my first child but it took many years to get there so the doctor thinks low sperm count may be an issue.)
