Hand going numb for a while?! 35 weeks.

So my hand just randomly went numb and it’s not stopping. It’s being going on for 30 minutes now and I also have a pretty bad headache. What do you think it could be?? Has anyone had this happen

Carpal tunnel? Speak to ur doctor, go get a wrist brace. I been getting that too and it scares the crap outta me .. u just have to do arm stretches, leave ur arms and hands out flat straight, don’t bend them , i get this at night
