I’m new to tracking my temperature... and I know I need a .00 thermometer... but started to track my temp out of curiosity before getting one, but either way I feel like my chart has a trend so far, maybe, but idk it’s hard to tell, help ! I’m 9 DPO and tested this morning and got a BFN :( I know it’s early, but I couldn’t help myself. Feeling discouraged 😥. I thought if I could understand the chart maybe I’d feel better in knowing what to look for.

You need a bbt thermometer that reads 2 numbers past the point for accuracy and bbt only confirm ovulation

BBT thermometers are recommended but you can clearly see a pattern that confirms ovulation so it's obviously worked for you!
Other than confirming Ovulation temping isn't good for anything else. Temps can fluctuate so much in the tww with dips and rises and sometimes it leads to a bfp and sometimes it doesn't so it isn't worth reading into it.
