Anxiety
Hi All!
I stopped birth control 5 weeks ago—my husband and I are going to begin TTC in July and I’m very excited! However, the last couple days I have been dealing with horrible anxiety (levels this high are unusual for me), as well as acne. Did anyone else experience these side effects of stopping birth control? How did you control it? I feel like I’m losing my mind over here 😫.
