28 week potty shot

Hi, was wondering if this pic shows anything? We held back on finding out as my husband really wants a surprise! 28 weeks and this was a femur length pic - it’s a bit confusing so not sure it shows anything at all! Someone has said the yellow arrow shows girl lines?

It’s funny as I do want to know but at the same time kind of didn’t want to confirm at the scan!
