Working out and hemorrhoids?!
So I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy a little over nine months ago. Unfortunately I still have hemorrhoids and the doctor says they probably won’t go away. Before the baby, I was actively working out doing squats, dead lifts, and weight lifting, but I had to stop at 6 months due to a crazy bout of plantar fasciitis brought on by pregnancy. My feet were in pain from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed. The pain finally disappeared hours after giving birth. Long story short, I want to get back into working out, but every workout seems to aggravate the hemorrhoids. Anyone have experience with this and can offer suggestions. Thanks!
