Weightloss Journey
On my birthday I looked in the mirror and thought “I hate myself! I am not worthy of anything, I am just ugly and fat!” That number on the scale scared me, I realized I had let myself go. I turned to my boyfriend and told him something needed to change, because I can’t stand the sight of the reflection in the mirror. He has wonderfully offered to start running with me. I am also doing intermittent fasting, and upping my water intake!
My current weight is 189lbs - my goal weight is 125lbs. I know that i have a long way to go, but I am ready to make a change! 😊
