It's very difficult to distinguish between pregnancy and PMS symptoms. The only way to truly know is to test.

I was certain my period was going to start the month I got pregnant.
I had all my normal pms symptoms and definitely didn’t feel pregnant.

I haven’t gone through this, but because some pregnancy symptoms are similar to PMS symptoms, it’s very common for women to confuse them until they miss their period. The only way to 100% know is to take a test:)
