I have a question pregnant ladies!!

Last night i couldn’t sleep and my body was very hot. i turnt my a/c on and it was still hot i even laid in front of the a/c and it was sorta working but quite not. i eventually fell asleep and felt better the next morning.. basically is it normal for my body to be hot while pregnant?
