constipation during implantation ???

Is it common to get constipated during implantation ???? I’ve been constipated all day long, i saw a video from “fertility homeopath” and she talks about constipation being an early pregnancy symptom right after implantation ?? help !

I’m always constipated days before my period so it could be pms don’t read to much into it as it could be anything from to much fibre or not enough fibre etc

it’s been difficult today to use the bathroom, eventually i did end of having solid poop...but i had a cramp on my lower left side earlier that was coming and going. i am 5-6 dpo.
