Is it wrong for a full-time mom to spend a few days away from their child?

I have my daughter full time. I just left her for 5 days last week to go on a mountain trip with friends. In October, I am going to meet my boyfriend’s family in October for 6 days. I have her every day except 3 fridays a month when she sees her dad.

Is this going to affect my daughter? She’s 16 months old. Will this ruin her development and will she feel abandoned?

My mom just got off the phone with my sister telling her that if I took that time away from daughter again that it would be really bad for the baby.

I’m sitting here crying. I don’t know what to do.
