Is it normal for all pregnancy test to have evaps after alloted time?

So I've been taking tests because i am 13 days late and everytime during time frame i can barely see anything actually looks negative, but after alloted time they all have an evap line is this normal im using the pregmate test strips..

Preg mates do that almost all of mine did that

It is notmal, to have an evap after the time, but it doesn't have to be there, sometimes is, sometimes is not. Basically what it means, is don't read a test after the given time.
