What do your partners take to increase sperm count & health? My husband had 10 million post-wash for our IUI today. Does that seem low? What vitamins does your partner take to help increase number and health of sperm?

I swear by fertilaid for men as well as ubiquinol. Its a little pricy but totally worth it.

I believe most male fertility tablets are good.  You want something with zinc, magnesium and a good uplift anti oxidant.  It’s also important hubby avoids the testes getting too hot as it damages sperm.  Things like driving with heated seats, cycling etc.
